The first transcript (Example 1) shows a conversation in the context of the rural Nso in Cameroon. The second transcript (Example 2) shows a conversation in the context of urban Berlin in Germany. In brackets you can always see two to four codes, one for the structure and the remaining for the content of a coding unit. The coding unit for structure is propositions in independent clauses, whereas the coding unit for content is subject-verb constructions in independent as well dependent clauses.
